ABOUT US
Thekkiny Krupa Ayurkendra, a centre for medical excellence in Ayurveda has a legacy of 65 years in traditional Ayurveda. The Ayurkendra was founded by late Sri. Ayyappan Vaidyen, a great Ayurvedic physician, who practised the holistic medicine at home, the Ayurveda tradition was carried forth by his son late Sri. Krishna Vaidyan who was very famous in Bala Chikitsa(pediatrics)and later on by his grandson late Dr. T. K Prabhakaran (Rtd.Senior Medical officer Govt of Kerela),Who completed his B.A.M. at Govt ayurveda college Trivandrum.The Thekkiny Krupa Ayurkendra hospital was established by Dr. T.K. Prabhakaran and it gained popularity with genuine ways of treatment and pure Ayurveda Medication.
Now the fourth generation Physicians Dr. T.P. Harikrishnan (Chief Physician), Dr. Roshni Hari & Dr. Arya Prabhu (consulting physicians) are the strength behind this institution and making it popular globally with specific, pure Ayurveda treatments.

MANUFACTURING UNIT
A unit of manufacturing Ayurveda medicines was started at the same time as Thekkiny Krupa in 1945. Medicines manufactured in the unit adhere to severe quality standards to ensure the optimum result of the treatment done here.
THE HOSPITAL
The Thekkiny Krupa hospital is located in Kothamangalam Town, Ernakulam (Dist) Kerala, with all the necessary facilities for Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments.
COTTAGES
Thekkiny Krupa Ayurkendra offers cottages known as“ Krupa Ayur Ashram” which give more privacy to patients than in the hospital atmosphere. One can enjoy the homely Kerala food, Yoga, along with the necessary facilities for all kinds of Ayurvedic Treatments.
